EXCHANGE POLICY – BOHOBAI

At BohoBai, we ensure that every product is carefully crafted and quality checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases where an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, we offer an exchange as per the policy below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
• Exchanges are applicable only if the product received is defective or damaged.
• An unboxing video (360° view, clear lighting) is mandatory as proof for any damage or defect.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES FOR EXCHANGE
• Minor colour or design variations from website images are not eligible for exchange.
• Size-related issues are not eligible for exchange. Please check product specifications carefully before placing an order.
• Products returned after 3 days of delivery are not eligible.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear will not be accepted.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
• Naths (Nose Pins)
• Toe Rings
• Earrings
• Any set containing earrings
• Body piercing products
• Hair accessories
• Gift cards

EXCHANGE PROCESS
• Exchanges are processed only if the same product is available in stock.
• If the same product is unavailable, the order will not be exchanged.
• BohoBai reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be adjusted during processing.
