RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – BOHOBAI

RETURNS
All product sizes are mentioned in the product specifications. Please check the size before placing your order. Size-related issues will not be considered for returns or refunds.

Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost of ₹120. This amount will be adjusted against the refund.

Please record an unboxing video (full 360° angles) at the time of delivery. This video is mandatory proof for damage-related cases and must be recorded in clear lighting.

Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused  
• It must be in original condition  
• It must be returned in original packaging  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Naths (Nose Pins)
• Toe Rings
• Earrings
• Any set containing earrings
• Body piercing products
• Hair accessories
• Gift cards

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Partial refunds may be granted if:
• The item is returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• The item is returned after 3 days of delivery

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
• Check your bank account
• Contact your card provider
• Contact your bank

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Minor colour or design variations compared to website images are not eligible for exchange.

If the same product is unavailable, the order will not be shipped.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
